latest video - CHEST ROUTINE
This is a routine i have done to add size and strength, add this in your chest routine for four to six weeks for maximum results.
dumbbell press 3-4 sets reps 12,12,10,10
superset with(no rest)
dumbbell fly 3-4 sets reps 12,12,10,10
Incline dumbbell press 3-4 sets
reps 12,12,10,10
superset with (no rest)
incline dumbbell fly 3-4 sets reps 12,12,10,10
dips (body weight only) 3 sets reps to failure
If you can finish with pushups 3 sets reps to failure. starting with the diamond pushup.
